First things first. You need to gather up all your devices (smart phone, tablet, computer) that share the same email accounts.
Each device needs to be scanned with a reputable anti virus program.
This is to ensure none of your devices are infected and secretly sending out spam.
The second thing to do is go to mxtoolbox.com and check your IP.
This site will verify if indeed you are Black listed.
The last step is to contact the domain that you are black listed by and request to be taken off.
It is very common for devices to become infected and send spam out and domain recognize this.
