Its like the junk mail you recieve in your mail box in front of your house or P.O. box at the post office but a lot more crude and uncensored advertising the type that children shouldnt see. The tragic part about this situation is that there is no completely secure way to stop this altogether, but there are ways to slow them down. One of the biggest issues with dealling with SPAM is when it starts invading webforms from your website. Spammer bots crawl around the web searching for unsecured webforms and start dumping SPAM.

Captcha: A Captcha is a program that protects websites against bots by generating and grading tests that humans can pass but current computer programs cannot. For example, humans can read distorted text as the one shown below, but current computer programs can't.
Note: Be aware that highly complex Captchas will frustrate and turn off people from submitting the form. But far Less complex captchas will be easier solved by advanced bots. It will be up to you to make the choice to find the right balance between friendliness and spam.
