Setting up e-mail Microsoft Outlook 




Click on Outlook 2007 icon. A startup page will pop up. Click Next.



 

This next page is to confirm you would like to configure an e-mail account. click Yes then click Next.




In the following fields add Your Name, E-mail Address and Password assigned to your webmail account.
At the bottom of the page you should see a Check Box next to it says: “Manually configure server settings or additional server types”.
Select the Check Box below.
Click Next when you are finished.




Select Internet E-mail. Click Next.

  1. Re-enter  your name and e-mail address in User Information.

  1. Then in Server Information select account type.

  1. This is where you choose POP or IMAP.

  1. For Incoming mail server enter: mail.domain.ltd

  1. For Outgoing mail server enter: mail.domain.ltd

  1. Click the check box “Remember password”.

  1. Click Next.




Go to Outgoing Server tab.

Check mark the box that says “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”.

Select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.

Click OK below.




Congratulations! Click Finish.

Now we are done and you should be sending and receiving mail.
